IZCEP PATS Light Ciabatta
120g cottage cheese cream or 120g cottage cheese mixed with sour cream and 2 teaspoons sugar
A handful of different berries
A little mint leaves

6 buns

Approximate cooking time 8 minutes.


1. Cut the bread into slices of about 1-1.5 cm

2. Spread the cottage cheese cream on the bread, arranging the berries and mint leaves in pairs.

3. You can pour a little honey if it seems that a sweeter taste is needed.
